We collect minimal data needed to operate your stay: name, email, phone number, and reservation details. We use anonymous analytics from visitors to our website. We do not sell visitor data. When you provide your phone number to make a reservation, request information, or contact us, we use that number to communicate with you about your reservation by phone call and SMS (text message). Phone numbers and the contents of SMS conversations are treated as customer service data and stored only as long as needed to operate your booking and our internal records.

 

We do not share, sell, or rent phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with subprocessors who help us deliver the messages themselves (e.g., Twilio, our telecom provider), and only for that purpose.
